This multi-use commercial complex located at the heart of Banepa was developed by Baahubali Construction to serve as a retail and office hub. Spanning five floors with a total area of 15,000 sq. ft., the complex includes retail shops, corporate offices, a cafeteria, and underground parking.

Project Highlights:
We executed this project with a steel-reinforced concrete frame for high durability and load-bearing capacity. The facade features glass curtain walls for a modern look, and energy-efficient lighting was installed throughout the building. Safety systems such as fire alarms, emergency exits, and CCTV were integrated as per national standards.

Client Feedback:
The client commended our commitment to quality, site safety, and project management. The complex is now fully operational and a central attraction in Banepa.
